Saturday, October 25th
The evening begins on the Cliff House outdoor deck with a live apple cider pressing at 4:30 PM, where guests can sip freshly pressed cider served both hot and cold.
At 5:15 PM, enjoy a complimentary tasting flight of 4 handcrafted hard ciders from Berkshire Cider Project, paired perfectly with apple cider donuts.
As dusk settles, join Prospect owner Jade Carroll around the fire for an intimate intention-setting ritual—a moment to slow down, reflect, and welcome the shift into fall’s quieter rhythm.
The evening concludes with an invitation to linger by the fire, glass in hand, as the stars rise over the lake.
